British Council Korea has IELTS test materials for sale for those who cannot take IELTS preparation courses. The materials at British Council are world-widely used by applicants and suitable for self-study. If you are interested in purchasing them, please follow the purchase procedure below:

Send the material fees to our bank (Please refer that we will send the materials by courier service and you will pay for service charge when you receive it.) Foreign Exchange Bank:010-11-00301-6

Please note that you should transfer the fee with the sender’s name of ‘61011+your name’.

If you don’t receive the books from us within a week, please contact us at +82 (0)2 3702 0600.

Our refunds & returns policy

You can return your ordered items
- if the item is defective (damaged) (the British Council will pay the return postage)
- if we sent you an item you did not order (the British Council will pay the return
  postage)
- if you ordered a wrong item (the time should be returned to the British Council
  within 24 hours from the day you received it)

You cannot return your ordered items
- if any CD, software and cassette tape has been opened and taken out of
  its plastic wrap
- if any item is not in its original condition and is damaged, or is missing parts for
  reasons not due to our error
- if it has obvious signs of use and its plastic wrap has been opened
- after 24 hours from the day you received it

If you wish to return your item as it is returnable in accordance with the rules,
please email us at exams@britishcouncil.or.kr with the following message.

* Your bank account details

If the item arrives at the British Council, the British Council will check its availability, proceed your registration, and it will take approximately a week for you to get refund.
