TRF Re-issuance

You will receive your Test Report Form within three weeks of the test. Keep this safe as it cannot be replaced. Full details of what the TRF contains are available on the IELTS website.
Within the two years, five copies of the test results can be sent to institutions free of charge. (Except Postage)
Extra copies of the IELTS test report forms cannot be issued to the individual candidate due to current IELTS regulations. However we can send your test result to institutions(except immigration consulting corp.) or universities on your behalf.
For extra copies of the TRF, please fill the online form
* We charge KRW 5,000 + POSTAGE for each extra copy.
* Postage costs are :
- UPS courier - KRW 20,000
  (You will be able to track the delivery status only with UPS courier)
- (abroad) ordinary mail-KRW 2,000
- (domestic) registered speed mail -KRW 2,000

Notes

We cannot send the TRF by fax or e-mail.
We can only send copies to institutions or universities.
You must supply full details of the contact name and the address of the university/institution to which you would like us to send a copy of the test result form. We accept no responsibility if a test result form fails to arrive at its destination.
